To find out what people really think of big-name bathroom companies, we asked more than 6,732 people to tell us about their experiences of buying and using their bathroom.

The top-rated bathroom brand in our survey stormed ahead of the competition with a customer score of 87% – a phenomenal result. Our lowest scoring bathroom supplier, meanwhile, only scored 65%.

Our customer scores come from asking people how satisfied they are and whether they would recommend their bathroom. To complement this, we also ask people to rate individual fixtures from very poor to excellent.

High-end bathroom designer Villeroy & Boch has a long history, dating back to 1748. It makes bathrooms but doesn't sell them directly. You’ll find a range of national and local retailers on the company’s website.

Suites are organised into collections, the majority of which are modern with clean lines. There’s a range of shower trays available, but Villeroy & Boch doesn't make showers or shower screens. Its bathroom furniture range includes vanity units, cabinets, shelves and countertops.

Villeroy & Boch has a limited range of tiles as well as accessories, such as towel rails and toilet roll holders. It also offers solutions for people with limited mobility.
