Mark Foster, USFS, also discussed the project and added the Forest Service is looking into a detour road regarding the project and had allocated approximately $30,000 in funds to be used to pave Elk Hart parking lot.Mark Eatinger, Rio Verde Engineering, proposed a chip seal project for FY23 in the amount of $1.676 million to cover 23 miles.
