The Kingston Police Department is asking for help in finding 61-year-old Andrew Higgins of North Carolina. Higgins was last seen on Sept. 2 at an unknown time in the City of Kingston.Enter your number to get our free mobile app
Police describe Higgins as being 5'5" with blonde/white hair and blue eyes. The police did not provide any more information about Higgins.
If anyone has seen him or has any information regarding his whereabouts, police contact the Kingston Police Department Detective Division at 845-331-8404 and ask for Det. Baney or Det. LaSpina. Refer to incident BL-14274-21.
