Following two days of action-packed racing we are back for day three of the 2022 Cheltenham Festival on St. Patrick’s Thursday. The Irish will therefore be hoping for plenty more looks on day three, after enjoying an improved Wednesday after their British rivals had taken the early advantage on day one.
Thursday’s opener sees two of Ireland’s heavyweights in Bob Olinger and Galopin Des Champs battle it out in the Turners Novices’ Chase, whilst another in Allaho heads into the Ryanair Chase as heavy favourite at 2:50pm.
The feature race of the day comes just after at 3:30pm, with a competitive field containing Klassical Dream, Flooring Porter, Thyme Hill and Champ compete for the Stayers Hurdle.
