This year we can enjoy taking our mums out on Mother's Day - and there's plenty of fun things to do in and around Birmingham. Mothering Sunday falls on March 27, 2022.

Help your mum to unwind at a spa day, treat her to a luxury brunch or a traditional roast carvery, or maybe visit somewhere she has never been before. You could also go for lunch in a garden centre and pick some flowers to plant whilst there, or go for a walk to see all the beautiful wild flowers in bloom.

We've also picked out some unusual days out that you can explore as a family and some activities that are free or cost as little as £1.50 for adults.
